Custom tooling & components
The planned model combines project-specific design and manufacturing charges with clearly scoped quality and delivery requirements.

INVESTMENT / GRANTS / CROWDFUNDING
BAM is raising support for a staged Nigerian advanced manufacturing programme—connecting useful products, local technical capability and a scalable production business.
THE OPPORTUNITY

Develop a Nigerian production platform for custom tooling, architectural components and larger built-environment applications.
Our entry programme centres on customer-backed product pilots. Reusable mould tooling for non-structural architectural components is an initial pilot focus, designed to establish practical capability and a clear commercial benchmark.
The wider pathway includes outdoor products, construction components and housing. Each application earns its place through technical qualification, demand and delivered economics.
THE COMMERCIAL MODEL
The planned model combines project-specific design and manufacturing charges with clearly scoped quality and delivery requirements.
Approved designs can become repeat-order opportunities for fabricators, developers and public-space buyers, subject to demonstrated demand.
Housing and larger construction programmes form the longer-term pathway, with separate approval, engineering and complete-project economics.
These are planned revenue streams, not reported sales or contracted income. Pricing, margins and capacity will be supported by customer evidence and supplier quotations.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE

For prospective investors interested in the manufacturing business and its staged route to scale. Instrument, valuation, governance and investor rights will be defined through formal terms and due diligence.
Discuss investment interest ↗
For programmes aligned with product validation, local capability, technical skills or measured environmental outcomes. Applications will link eligible expenditure to defined deliverables.
Discuss grant support ↗
The campaign model—equity, reward or donation—will be selected and clearly explained before launch. Eligibility, disclosures and payment handling will follow applicable legal and platform requirements.
Discuss campaign collaboration ↗No funding round or crowdfunding campaign is open for payment on this website. Participation is currently through expressions of interest; no shares, rewards or financial returns are offered here.
USE OF FUNDS
Customer discovery, recruitment of qualified professionals, product design and representative material and tooling trials.
Pilot production, independent inspection, customer acceptance and a complete commercial comparison.
Equipment procurement, commissioning, professional training, operator competency assessment, quality systems and working capital after milestone review.
Funding amounts and allocations will be set from a costed capital plan, supplier quotations and a reviewed delivery schedule. Targets and allocation percentages will follow that work.
PEOPLE & PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITY
Investment will help BAM recruit qualified professionals and deliver practical training for the people who design, operate and manage advanced manufacturing.
Appoint the engineering, materials, production and quality expertise required by each pilot. Construction applications will require appropriately qualified construction professionals and project-specific oversight.
Develop role-specific training in digital design, equipment operation, material handling, workplace safety, maintenance and quality control, supported by suitable equipment suppliers and technical partners.
Budget recruitment and training as distinct work packages. Track appointments, training completion, practical competency assessments and retention alongside production and customer-acceptance milestones.
This is a funded delivery plan, not a claim of an already-appointed team or accredited training programme. Headcount, training places, providers and costs will be set in the costed pilot plan.
VALUE BEYOND THE FACTORY
The housing pathway targets practical living spaces with appropriate comfort, safety and whole-project value.
A route to custom components, local supplier participation and specialist production work.
Public-space and infrastructure applications developed around local needs, transparent procurement and lifetime maintenance.
Recruitment of qualified professionals, practical workforce training, equipment commissioning and materials development form part of the capability-building plan.
These are intended benefits. Jobs, affordability, environmental outcomes and regional impact will be justified and measured; no quantified impact is claimed.
DUE DILIGENCE & ACCOUNTABILITY
Applicant entity, ownership, governance, funding instrument, investor or grant conditions and professional legal review.
Named qualified contributors, agreed roles, equipment and material route, independent testing and acceptance criteria.
Customer requirements, conventional comparators, supplier quotations, capacity assumptions, cash flow and sensitivity analysis.
Milestone budget, procurement approvals, documented expenditure and a reporting schedule agreed with funding participants.
Technical performance, adoption, input costs, power, import exposure, regulation, working capital and execution risk.
Product test results, customer acceptance and measured economic, skills and environmental outcomes against milestones.
The evidence pack is being prepared. Financial projections, quotations, legal terms and team appointments are not presented as completed documents. Funding discussions do not create a binding commitment.
FUNDING QUESTIONS
The venture direction and staged development approach are defined. The founder has practical small-scale 3D production experience. Industrial procurement, technical appointments and product trials are the next steps; no completed BAM construction projects or confirmed sales are claimed.
The proposed framework is milestone-based procurement, defined work packages, documented expenditure and agreed reporting. Final controls will form part of the funding agreement and governance arrangements.
No. Early-stage investment carries risk, including loss of capital and illiquidity. Revenue, margins and product performance depend on execution and market adoption. Grant awards are competitive, and crowdfunding terms must be reviewed before participation.
No payments or securities subscriptions are accepted here. Any transaction will follow formal disclosures, legal review and an appropriate authorised or compliant funding channel. This overview is not an offer to sell securities or a recommendation to invest.
They will be prepared from the agreed scope, technical delivery plan and supplier quotations, distinguishing assumptions from confirmed costs and addressing downside scenarios before a commitment is requested.
